I'd applied and became a gm as soon as i could ( like a day after i joined).  [b]How active can you be? :[/b] I'd active nearly almost everyday. Work can affect my hours sometimes. IM ALWAYS OPEN ON SATURDAYS IF I HAVE NOTHING GOING. [b]Do you have plans for the Gamemasters? If so, explain :[/b] I would like to teach GMs new techniques and thinks they need to make a habit. GMs need to start using the event announcements more. I would also like to give a reward system to GMs. It will encourage them to do more events for the chance of getting a reward. [b]Why should you be given this position? :[/b] I believe I should be given this position due to my past experiences as Gamemastering. I've been an experienced Gamemaster on soul networks and firelight gaming. I've been the only gamemaster on noble networks for a 2-3 weeks before we got more. I continue to be active everyday doing at least 1 event. I always bring something new to my events and give priority. I'm here to help my GMs do better on their part and make a habit of the simplest things that need to be done. I want my GMs to excel and do their best to please everyone. With my experience and my leadership experience; I will be able to bring out more potential from the GMs and will be able to make sure quality events are insured. Without a head gm, others could lack in quality and quantity. I want to assure both and even teach newcomers. I'll listen to the GMs and the people when they have complaints. I'm open minded to ideas, suggestions, etc.  If i get the head GM role, I will be active to pushing my GMs to be active, to listen, to be respectful and way much more. Not saying they dont do all of of this. I'm just ensuring you ill make sure they continue to do this stuff as normal. I will also be looking for new GMs, expierenced or not. Giving the chance to others is important and provides more variety. I want to make an improvement to server with everything involving events. I want to reward my GMs and provide them with certainty and that these events are not for nothing. I want to be a head gm who is active and who cares. Thats what I hope to be   I hope you consider this.

+1, dude holds the most events out of all the GMs, and they are usually all decent or better. Except screw that no ammo resupply thing. But good app and dude would do good there.
